Jen Stokes has a passion for the “art of food”. As a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America 18 years ago, and subsequently gaining a wide range of culinary experience, she opened the dream café, J&J’s Gourmet Café and Catering. With years of experience apprenticing and working with highly accomplished chefs, both in the “front and back of the house”, the cafe grew into one of the most respected establishments in Northern Dutchess County.

A great passion for food and the culinary arts was the drive to open the cafe’ and catering business in 2004.  The dream has become a reality, and the business has been thriving ever since.
