About J & J Gourmet

Jen and Joe Stokes proprietors of J & J Gourmet Café & Catering had a dream over 17 years ago.  They wanted to bring a Café to the community where area residents could sit and stay awhile.  They also envisioned offering unmatched catering services.  Their dream has arrived!

Jen is a graduate of the  nationally recognized Culinary Institute of America.  A four year college in Historic Hyde Park, NY. Jen held her fellowship position at the Culinary Institute's popular St. Andrews Café.  Chef Jen has had a wide range of experience as front and back of the house chef.

Jen and Joe's love of the Hudson Valley, passion for food and culinary art inspired them to bring a life dream into a wonderful reality.  J & J's Gourmet, Café & Catering uses only the freshest ingredients from the bounty of the Hudson Valley. Attention to detail from their technique to presentation,  style and creativity embodies every event they prepare.
